Healing Dao (Chi Gong)

A class in which we work on our inner structure and alignment. We allow ourselves to sink in our pelvis and hips, cultivating a good posture and strengthening our legs. In doing so we create “grounding“. Mostly standing exercises, with some sitting at the end.  Read more…


Dao Yin (Chinese Yoga)

Stretching open the energy body, dissolving stagnation. We also focus on strenghtening the psoas muscle and creating flexibility in the spine and in the muscles around it. The exercises are mostly in a sitting position or lying down.  Read more…
